testo fx review

TestoFX Review:

There you’re thinking that by exercising extremely,  will you get that muscular strength you always wanted. However, too much exercise can lead to increase in cortisol hormone ( stress hormone). Besides age, and environmental factors, simply exercising can lead to increased cortisol, and for those of us that are in the gym every day, you can expect chronically higher cortisol levels. There are other top supplements that boost your testosterone.

Therefore, the more cortisol you have, the less your body is going to produce testosterone.

So, you need to control your stress levels, which is why AllMax Nutrition designed a testosterone booster likeTestoFX that claim to boost testosterone levels and reduce stress.

TestoFX™ contains Sensoril® which uses a world-renowned patented form of Ashwagandha. The formula works by decreasing the cortisol level in the body (which is responsible for producing estrogen), which in turn stimulate testosterone production in the body. Side effects of products like this and testogen are not too high.

Instead of triggering the body to produce more testosterone like many male supplements, the company claims that the formula is all-natural and contains so synthetic drugs or steroids, that works to maximize the effect of existing testosterone in the body.

So, let’s analyze the product ingredient list, to see whether it will deliver on its claims.

What is TestoFX and what does it claim to do?

Testo FX is a testosterone booster supplement manufactured by AllMax Nutrition, that is claimed to promote testosterone levels and estrogen levels, which in turn boost energy levels, increase stamina, sexual performance, and assist in building muscle mass during workout session.

TestoFX uses 5 different pathways called 5MTO™  to optimize testosterone levels. 5MTO™ stands for 5-STAGE MALE TESTOSTERONE OPTIMIZER.

AllMax Nutrition break down every compound and discuss its function briefly:

Acts as a cortisol blocker. Studies had shown that high cortisol levels can have negative effects on testosterone levels. So, TestoFX contains ingredients that can you reduce stress during physical activities.

Testosterone Receptor Sensitizer helps fix damaged and deformed receptors that don’t work in the stimulation of testosterone in the body.

Anti Aromatase Compound, which helps blocks aromatase and prevent testosterone from converting into estrogen.

The Free Test Amplification Blend helps slow down SHBG and ALBUMIN (a protein circulating in the blood to bind and deactivate testosterone rendering it useless) so to increase free testosterone levels which is the useful for building muscles.

DIHYDROZATE™ is the last stage in the 5MTA™ process. It act as an Anti DHT agent to protects you against potential negative effects.

Does TestoFX actually work?

It’s great to see a testosterone booster that doesn’t hide its ingredients inside any blends, despite it uses 5 different matrix to optimize testosterone levels. You can clearly see the doses of each individual ingredient in Testo FX. It really great to know exactly what you’re putting into your body, because proprietary blends is the biggest scam use by testosterone supplements industry to cover up their real intentions.

AllMax Nutrition had made a lot of claims, especially the hard to believed one, which is the fact that it had undergone extensive clinical research which showed a massive 284% increase in bioavailable testosterone and 376% increase in total testosterone, in 12 hours!!

Well, if this is true (which we really doubt) be expecting your estrogen levels to drop to Zero. Don’t forget that men also need estrogen in the body, testosterone supplement is suppose to balance both hormones not over raise one and downgrade the other.

So, let’s take a look whether  the ingredients in Testo FX are as effective as AllMax claimed it to be.

First failure of AllMax is adding Fenugreek to TestoFX formula. Fenugreek is a herb for treating sexual dysfunction not to boost testosterone levels. It is traditionally used to boost libido and sex drive.

Next is Ashwagandha, a potent ingredient that does not directly boost the testosterone levels, but helps to reduce anxiety, stress, which can cause the testosterone levels to drop. Ashwagandha decreases cortisol levels, so your testosterone can increase freely. For this reason, it’s not key to a testosterone booster.

Tribulus again!!! When will this stop. Tribulus Terrestris is not a testosterone booster, it is only used to improve erection in infertile men – but there’s been no studies to prove it does the same with otherwise healthy men. So, why would AllMax Nutrition add an impotent ingredient to TestoFX formula. Tribulus has also been reported to cause prostate cancer to worsen. I strongly recommend you avoid any supplement that contains Tribulus Terrestris.

AllMax also uses Alpha Lipoic Acit, also known simply as ALA. ALA also has no effect on testosterone levels, its only benefit is to increase energy and metabolism in the body. However, it’s only shown to be effective in studies in doses of 300 mg to 600 mg, but there’s only 200 mg in Testo FX, meaning it’s likely to be ineffective at delivering its benefits. So, it’s not key ingredient in a testosterone booster supplement.

TestoFX contains Diindoylmethane (DIM), a compound mostly found in broccoli, which is claimed by AllMax to help prevent the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. While this is good, AllMax really uses a large amount of DIM in TestoFX, which can promote the conversion of testosterone into estrogen more than usual.

Eurycoma Longifolia is yet another impotent testosterone booster. Studies have shown that this it doesn’t raise testosterone levels, but it has shown to improve erections and sexual performance.

TestoFX contains Giant Knotweed, also known as Japanese Knotweed, isn’t a very beneficial ingredient to have in testosterone supplement. Knotweed is used as an ingredient due to the fact that it is rich in Resveratrol (a themolecule in wine, falsely believed to possess life extending properties). It’s also shown to reduce inflammation in some clinical studies, however, Japanese Knotweed doesn’t offer any benefits in terms of boosting the testosterone levels.

The last ingredient is Black Pepper Extract, while it doesn’t offer any testosterone boosting benefits, it does help with the overall effectiveness of each ingredients.

So, here you go, Testo FX doesn’t contain the necessary nutrients and dosages needed to make a significant impact on your testosterone levels (if at all).

The reviews online are mostly negative were users complaints of ineffectiveness or unpleasant side effects. However, when it comes to the serving (3 capsules), which is enough to stay in your system to deliver the benefits, but don’t expect much, as this is minimal.

How to take TestoFX?

As a dietary supplement, it is recommended that you take 2 capsules of TestoFX 2 times per day as directed on the label.

During workout days, take one serving 30 minutes before pre-workout and another serving 30 minutes before bed.

While on non-Workout days, take one serving upon waking up in the morning and one serving 30 minutes before bedtime.

AllMax recommend you should cycle TestoFX for 8 weeks, followed by 2 weeks off before cycling again.

TestoFX Side effects?

TestoFX comes with dangerous potential side effects, some of ingredients are ineffective and overdosed.

TestoFX contains the famous Tribulus Terrestris, that has been shown to increase prostate cancer, which could lead to severe illness. So, we recommend that you stay away from this ingredient to avoid any harmful side effect.

Also, there is also cause for concern when taking Diindoylmethane. Studies have shown that if one  consume large amounts of DIM, it can actually promote the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. Unfortunately, Testo FX contains 200mg of DIM, which is more than the actual 100mg in studies, so you might be at risk of suffering from increased estrogen levels with this product.

Some users had even complained of getting mild headaches, which last half a day and then stop for a couple of days. This symptoms had been link to the presence of Saw Palmetto in TestoFX, which can also cause dizziness, headache, nausea, and diarrhea.

TestoFX Ingredients?

*Tribulus Terrestris: This is a herb traditionally used in Indian (Ayurveda) medicine to enhance libido and sex functions. However, there’re no evidence that suggest it to actually boost the testosterone levels.

*Alpha Lipoic Acid: Also known simply as ALA, can be consumed through meats, as well as some vegetables and fruits. it’s key in energy metabolism (process of generating energy from nutrients).

*Diindoylmethane (DIM): This compound is found mostly in broccoli or other Brassica species of plants. It’s been added to Testo FX due to its ability to prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

*Saw Palmetto: This is a type of fatty acids that is  sometimes used in testosterone booster supplements as it’s believed to increase testosterone levels and supress prostrate growth.

*Eurycoma Longifolia: is a herb that is believed to increase testosterone levels, but studies have shown that this it doesn’t raise testosterone levels. However Eurycoma Longifolia has been traditionally used to treat erectile dysfunction.

*Tongkat Ali: Tongkat is a flowering plant found in southeast Asian, used traditionally to treat sexual dysfunction. It is a common ingredient in many male enhancement products for it ability to boost libido and energy levels.

TestoFX Price?

TestoFX is more affordable compared to its competitors. It is available on AllMax official website and other online retailer stores for a price of $39.99 per bottle (90 capsules).

TestoFX is not the best option if you are looking to increase your testosterone levels and gain more muscle mass. We recommend you look for testosterone booster supplements that contain more key ingredients – such as D-Aspartic Acid. Zinc, Boron, Magnesium, and Asian Red Panax Ginseng, which are both proven to raise testosterone levels.

However, this doesn’t mean TestoFX won’t produce any significant results, it does contain Ashwagandha which has been shown to boost testosterone production by reducing cortisol levels in your system, but apart from this, the rest of Testo FX’s ingredient are ineffective, and come with side effects.

Due to the addition of SawPalmetto and Tribulus Terrestris, TestoFX is not recommended to men who are dealing with serious erectile dysfunction or sexual health issues. Consult your doctor before considering TestoFX or consuming any product that contains Saw Palmetto and Tribulus Terrestris.
